I just thought I’d put this here…since it’s so stupid.
All day long my city has been talking about a bomb that was left by a grocery store. Bomb squads with bomb robots were called out even. They even blew it up with their own explosives!
Turns out it wasn’t even a bomb. Maybe some guys lunchbox?

That’s crazy. It does seem weird that all the bomb squad does to dispose of a suspicious package is blow it up. It’s what they do here too. I mean you’d think blowing it up would be more dangerous if it was really a bomb.
Maybe it’s a “fight fire with fire” attitude.
“They think they can blow up my house? Well I’ll blow it up first!”
Oh yeah? We’ll I’ll blow it up before you can! BOOM!
